Program capabilities

QSAR and QSPR analysis tool. Multiple, partial least squares and principle components regression. Detailed models, or brute force and stepwise regression techniques.

2-D and 3-D plotting including contour maps and 3-D rotating plots.

Search databases for compounds or mixtures of compounds that have similar properties to another compound. Good for finding replacements for compounds in formulations.

Database viewing and editing capabilities (MAP csv and MDL SD file formats). Structures can be viewed as well as data.

This program should be used in combination with Molecular Modeling Pro (MMP) since Molecular Analysis Pro does not have drawing capabilities or the automated database creation features found in MMP (you can create databases one entry at a time though, but must import the structures from somewhere else).
